Statement regarding charges filed against Kenneth Charles Robinson

KENNESAW, Ga. (March 19, 2013)An inquiry by an Atlanta media outlet has brought to light criminal charges filed against a Kennesaw State University faculty member.
University officials learned today and confirmed that Kenneth Charles Robinson, associate professor of management and entrepreneurship, turned himself in to the Fulton County Sheriff’s Office on March 1, 2013. Robinson was arrested and charged with child molestation and sexual battery. He was released on a $100,000 bond on March 2, 2013. The matter is still under investigation by the Atlanta Police Department.
Robinson has been placed on administrative leave from his faculty position, pending further review by University officials.
