Welcome to Auxiliary Services and Programs

We realize many people like to punch holes directly in their ID cards in order to be able to place it directly onto a badge holder or lanyard of some sort.  HOWEVER, the new Campus Card contains specialized technology embedded within the card that can be rendered inoperable when punched.   If your ID card stops working due to being punched, you must go to Card Services to get a new card and pay a $20 replacement fee.

The Card Services Center will no longer punch holes in ID cards under any circumstances.  We will be happy to provide you with a complimentary special ID badge holder that will allow you to attach it to a lanyard.  Just stop by the Card Services Center and request one.

What are we, and who are we?  To state it simply, Auxiliary Services and Programs (ASaP) addresses the nuts and bolts of daily campus life.  Under our umbrella are the departments that provide the essential elements of campus life to students, faculty, and staff to make every day a success at KSU:

Each ASaP operating unit must run as a business.  As mandated by the Board of Regents of the University System of Georgia, each unit pays for its own salaries and payroll benefits, facilities, systems, equipment, all other operating costs, and debt service out of funds generated from sales or a combination of sales and student fees.

Please take some time to explore our website and visit all of our department sites to learn more about Auxiliary Services and Programs at Kennesaw State University.
