Information Technology Services (ITS)
Immediate - Summer 2014
Schedule/When needed: 
Hours are available from 6:30 am until 11:00 pm and on weekends - including semester breaks. Flexible schedules desired.
Skills required/desired: 
Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written, Strong customer service skills, Understanding of Windows OS and PC troubleshooting, General knowledge of A/V equipment, Ability to lift and transport up to 50lbs, Ability to work on 10 foot ladders while lifting up to 30 lbs., Mac experience is a definite advantage, Application skills (Microsoft Office suite, common software) are a plus. CSIS/IS majors preferred, but not required. Professional and positive attitude a must!
Job Duties: 
This ITS position will, in part, provide maintenance of A/V equipment in classrooms (Projectors, Instructor Carts, DVD/Blu-ray players, etc.). This Student Assistant will also work in the ITS Computer Labs. Support will be provided in person, through email, and over the phone. The Student Assistant will interact with Faculty, Staff, and Students in a professional manner while representing ITS.
Pay rate: 
$7.75 – $9.25 per hour
