Leaders IN Kennesaw (LINK)

LINK is the CSL’s signature three-year program, a life-changing course in self-development.

There are three phases of the LINK experience:  LINK Emerge, LINK Ascend, and LINK Leads, each year building on the previous.  The capstone experience is an international community engagement project developed by students, allowing them to demonstrate their skills and knowledge.

Open to any academic major, LINK can be customized to complement a student’s studies. Students who participate in LINK gain:

·      Leadership skills

·      Lasting relationships

·      Understanding of self and others

·      Travel opportunities

This challenging program requires a strong commitment from participants—and rewards them with unparalleled prospects for personal and professional growth.  Much of the work of the LINK Program is conducted through weekly meetings with student members. Business and community leaders report that LINK produces graduates well-positioned for today’s complex, multicultural world.
