Leadership in Action Summit
Started in 2011, the Leadership in Action Summit is a consortium for leadership educators providing meaningful experiences for students, founded and lead by the Kennesaw State University Center for Student Leadership. Focused in increasing meaningful experiences for students through collaboration, leadership educators come together from all over the country alongside KSU faculty, staff and stakeholders to to build connections, generate ideas, network, and continue to form partnerships around the development of a domestic exchange program that now takes place among nearly 15 colleges and universities throughout the United States.
Leadership in Action Summit
The Center for Student Leadership’s network of partner institutions conducting similar exchanges has grown from two schools in 2009 to fifteen in 2012. Our group convenes annually to share best practices, identify areas for growth and expansion, and collaborate on program curriculum at the Leadership in Action summit hosted in Kennesaw, GA. The group has gained attention and support from local non-profit organizations as well as from the National Association for Campus Activities.
