There's No Business Like the Business of Show Business

The second in a series of master classes with Tony-award winning actor and Kennesaw State artist-in-residence Shuler Hensley will be held Nov. 19. This master class will focus on the business essentials for those wishing to work in the competitive world of stage, film/television, media or music.

Topics will include networking, resumes/photos, the differences between organizations, agents/managers, and unions as well as questions from the audience. This is an ideal opportunity to learn from a successful performance entrepreneur.

Shuler Hensley is best known for his portrayal of Jud in the revival of Oklahoma! as well as numerous stage, film, and television roles. He is currently starring in the new play The Whale at Playwrights Horizons in New York. Biographic information is available at http://www.shulerhensley.com/biography.htm.

The master class is open to all KSU students and will be held in Brooker Hall in the Bailey Performing Arts Center Monday, Nov. 19, from 3:30 p.m.-5:30 p.m.
