Marietta Housing Authority to Transfer Historical Records to Kennesaw State University

KENNESAW, Ga. (Nov. 12, 2012) — The Marietta Housing Authority, which was founded in 1938, will transfer documents, photographs and other materials related to its history to the Kennesaw State University Department of Museums, Archives and Rare Books.

WHAT: Deed of Gift signing, transferring nearly 75 years of Marietta Housing Authority documents to Kennesaw State University’s archival collection. Scrap books made by residents and staff will be available for viewing. The event is open to the public.
